| Process | Description |
|---|---|
| CNC Milling | Generally regarded as the most common machining process, which refers to utilizing a CNC milling cutter to do circular motion and create milled parts with certain shapes and details in a stationary piece, including slots, holes, notches, grooves, etc. |
| CNC Turning | A technology through which the material block fixed on the CNC turning center or lathe rotating with high speed, while the cutting tool moving into the rotating axis to process the workpiece, to get CNC turned parts with accurate sizes. |
| CNC Milling and Turning | A compound machining technology in which the cutting tool and workpiece are both rotating, to produce complex curved or special-shaped parts through designed multiple kinds of tasks. |

Custom Made Plastic Parts Plastic Machining Parts CNC Machining ABS PE PA POM Parts
Plastic is relatively straightforward to CNC machine. Polycarbonate and ABS are commonly CNC machined plastics. ABS is one of the most cost-effective and simplest materials to CNC machine.
Nylon and Delrin also are most popular used in many industries. Despite these similarities, nylon is generally stronger than Delrin. Extruded nylon has a tensile strength of 12,400 PSI and cast nylon has a tensile strength of between 10,000 and 13,500 PSI. In contrast, Delrin has a tensile strength of 10,000 PSI.
Not all plastics materials can be machined. The more rigid a plastic then the easier it is to be machined. The more flexible and the softer plastics are not suitable for machining. So choosing the right processing materials can help you improve product quality and save processing costs. Krosino has many years Experience in supplying plastic parts to our customers, we welcome your any enquiry.

| FAQ
-
1. What do I need for an offer and your MOQ?
Please offer us drawings or samples with material, dimension, tolerance, surface treatment, and other technical requirements. Our MOQ is based on your order request. Trial order before mass production is acceptable.
-
2. Shall I visit your factory and check the process of my goods?
Sure, welcome your visit at any time. We will pick you up at the train station or airport. Regarding the production, we will send you pictures and short videos to let you know the producing progress every week.
-
3. How can we guarantee quality?
Always a pre-production sample before mass production; Always final Inspection before shipment.
-
4. If received products do not match the drawings, what will you do?
All products are inspected before shipping. If the product does not match your request, we will check the reason, and if it is our responsibility, we will reproduce for you or refund the money after negotiation.
-
5. What services can you provide?
Accepted Delivery Terms: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, CIP, FCA, CPT, DDU, Express Delivery;
Accepted Payment Currency: USD, EUR, CNY;
Accepted Payment Type: T/T, L/C, Credit Card, PayPal, Western Union, Cash, Escrow;
-
6. What is the difference between POM and PA?
POM (Polyoxymethylene) is known for its high stiffness, low friction, and good dimensional stability, making it ideal for gears, bearings, and precision parts. PA (Polyamide or Nylon) is stronger and more durable, suitable for applications requiring high tensile strength, such as automotive parts and industrial components.
-
7. When should I choose UPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene)?
UPE is excellent for applications requiring high impact resistance and low friction, such as wear strips, bushings, and protective liners. It is also chemically resistant and has excellent abrasion resistance.
-
8. What are the common applications of ABS?
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is widely used for its impact resistance and ease of machining. Common applications include automotive parts, electronic enclosures, and consumer products.
-
9. How do I choose the right plastic material for my project?
Consider factors such as mechanical properties (strength, stiffness), thermal stability, chemical resistance, and cost. POM is ideal for precision parts, PA for high-strength applications, UPE for wear resistance, and ABS for impact resistance.
