Our CNC machine shop is equipped with state-of-the-art quality inspection equipment and tools to ensure that every product meets our rigorous quality standards.   

Our inspection and quality control procedures include:
First Article Inspection (FAI): A thorough inspection of the first manufactured part to ensure it meets the design specifications.

In-Process Inspection: An inspection of each component during the manufacturing process to ensure it meets the required quality standards.

Final Inspection: A comprehensive inspection of the final product to ensure it meets the design specifications and quality standards.

Statistical Process Control (SPC): A method of monitoring and controlling the manufacturing process to ensure it is within the required quality standards.
Our CNC machine shop is equipped with advanced quality inspection equipment, including:
Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM): With a measuring range of 700 mm x 1000 mm x 600 mm, this tool is used to measure the dimensional accuracy of each component.
Profile Projector: With a magnification range of 10x to 50x, this tool is used to measure the profile of each component.
Surface Roughness Tester: With a measuring range of 0.02 µm to 6.3 µm, this tool is used to measure the surface roughness of each component.
Digimatic Micrometer: With a measuring range of 0 mm to 25 mm, this tool is used to measure the thickness of each component.
In addition to these tools, we use other advanced measuring tools, such as digital height gauges, bore gauges, and dial indicators, to ensure every component meets our quality standards.
Our quality goals include:
Finished Product Pass Rate: Our goal is to maintain a finished product pass rate of ≥95% by utilizing advanced quality control principles and rigorous inspection procedures.
On-Time Delivery Rate: We strive to achieve an on-time delivery rate of ≥90% by optimizing our production process and closely monitoring our supply chain.
Customer Satisfaction: Our aim is to maintain a customer satisfaction rate of ≥93% by ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of quality and that our customer service exceeds expectations.
